Dr. Jeffrey Garcia, DDS

 

 

Greetings from Dr. Jeffrey Garcia, DDS! I am a Cal Poly alumnus of 2007. My journey has come full-circle feeling quite fortunate to land back in SLO, a place I have long loved. Accompanying me is my lovely better half, Aigerim, with wedding bells planned for us this summer! In spare time I escape to the great outdoors. I am an avid snow skier with also great enjoyment found in hiking, biking, surfing, and of course some yoga.

 

Post-Cal Poly, I attended UCLA School of Dentistry (where I met Dr. Dailey). This was followed by intensive full-scope oral & maxillofacial surgery residency at UCSF-Fresno. Soon after graduating, I bought an oral surgery practice in the Coachella Valley of Southern California where I got my feet wet in owning/operating private practice with heavy focus on dentoalveolar and implant surgery as well as level 1 hospital maxillofacial trauma, and more occasionally orthognathic surgery. After 8 years of committed care in the desert, I sought a new landscape and found myself this past year in Portland performing standard and advanced all-on-X implant surgery on a full-time basis. This while searching for just the right long-term fit of landscape and community to partner in private practice with my good friend Dr. Dailey. We have certainly found this place in San Luis Obispo!

 

I am a board-certified oral & maxillofacial surgeon with full-scope training but I have focused interest and expertise in immediate implant placement.
